For an indeterminate time up to 4/17/2006, the mgnldnsty.m file in this directory contained several file transmission errors that made it either non-functional or capable of giving incorrect answers. The corrected file now in the directory has the same date as the previous incorrect one, because the incorrect one was a garbled transmission of the correct one.
