draft.zipc is the text of the paper in MS Word 7.0 (Word 95) format, zipped.
CapeFigures.zip is a zipped file containing the 16 color graphs as a MS Word
file (1.6MB unzipped). CapeFigures.pdf is the same thing as a pdf file. The
print resolution may be slightly better with the Word file version of the
figures.
