This directory contains two versions of answers to the Econ 552b 
(Econometrics III) takehome exam.  One is a pdf (Adobe Acrobat) file,
the other is Microsoft Word 6/7 format.  Both can be viewed with free
viewers, obtainable from www.microsoft.com or at www.adobe.com, respec-
tively.  The Adobe viewers are available on a broader variety of systems.
The Adobe version messes up spacing in some places, so a few lines may 
be hard to read.  

Before too long there will be a copy of the final itself here also.
